Beginner Yoga

This is a gentle class where we will be bringing it back to basics. You’ll be introduced to basic yoga postures and breathwork. This class will help you to gradually build strength, release tension and improve flexibility.

 

Props are encouraged to bring if you have them, but no stress if you don’t!

Zumba

Experience fitness through latin – inspired dance! Zumba requires no prior fitness or dance experience, instructor Mariela will teach basic and fun choreographies anyone can follow!

HIIT Shadow Boxing

Do you want to learn the basics of boxing, get a killer cardio workout, tone your arms, strengthen your core AND get out some aggression? Enter HIIT Shadow Boxing! This 1 hour class will work through the basics of stance, hand position and hits- then adding it all into high cardio combinations. The only catch is that your enemy is the air in front of you! This ends up being a full body workout, inclusive of core and lower body, but your upper body will feel the burn the most. Highly recommended if you want to have a blast and get rid of some stress.

Learn How To Modify Your Exercise Routine Based On Your Cycle! Floriane will take you though the phases of the menstrual cycle and how each one affects your body. This is a classroom style workshop, so bring a notebook and pen to take notes! You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of your menstrual cycle, how it affects your training, and a tailored workout plan you can follow monthly. We also cover special considerations for women with PCOS.
