At 39 years old, I’m a certified personal trainer driven by a profound passion for health and fitness. My expertise lies in empowering women to embrace the gym, customizing workout plans to aid clients in achieving fitness goals, and fostering a supportive environment that enhances overall well-being through confidence and strength gained in effective and enjoyable training sessions.

A bit about myself!

Throughout my life, I’ve been a dedicated fitness enthusiast, participating in diverse sports and gym classes. In 2013, I embarked on a bodybuilding journey and made my debut competing in 2014. I proudly earned my International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation pro card at the October 2022 Canadian Nationals. The commitment to competing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle serves as a powerful example for my 8-year-old son, teaching him that persistence is key to achieving any goal. Witnessing my own body’s transformation over the years fueled my passion to share and help others on their fitness journeys.

I aspire for all women to recognize our potential to lift, enhance our strength, build muscle mass, and undergo transformative changes in our bodies! Being a mother, I understand the daily challenge of finding that essential “me-time” for the gym, yet the mental benefits derived from that time and weight training are truly invaluable!
